Great plans begin with consensus public visions and end with effective implementation. We bring more than a century of experience in these areas, much of it applied to our hometown: Chattanooga. We are now successfully applying the lessons learned here to other cities and the organizations that make them tick. We have worked with local governments, non-profit organizations, school systems and cultural institutions to figure out where they want to go and then design plans to get them there.
