Camden was one of the first private developers to step up to the Knoxville South Waterfront Plan, and they enlisted KCRW to provide land planning and urban design expertise to plan the first new neighborhood on the South Waterfront. Applying their unique combination of urban and riverfront design expertise, KCRW has guided Camden toward a plan design that responds to the waterfront plan and code, appeals to prospective buyers, and respects the history of the site.
