The Chattanooga Metro Y comprises seven area branches and nearby Camp Ocoee. KCRW was hired in 2008 to help the metro branch boards and staffs create a strategic plan to increase membership and financial performance. Metro management praised KCRW for its "focus" and its ability to "keep the process moving forward" to a final report they described as "enlightening" for the volunteer leadership.
