KCRW collaborated with internationally acclaimed landscape architects, Hargreaves & Associates, on the planning and design of this potentially-exquisite 60- acre district just across the Tennessee River from the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. KCRW applied their own urban riverfront design expertise to help develop a plan that connected with the river, strengthened the public realm, and provided ample opportunities for private development. KCRW has subsequently worked with private developers to design projects compliant with the plan’s vision.
