KCRW worked with this prestigious independent 6 through 12, co-ed institution to create a community vision for the school. Working with faculty, administration, and day and boarding students and parents, KCRW led a fast-paced exercise that identified areas of desired growth and concentration and then prioritized them through collaborative voting. The resulting vision document became a cornerstone for the school’s re-accreditation process with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
